1. Remove cover.
2. Dig a bell hole to accommodate base leaving enough room to adjust for alignment of vent pipe.
3. Insure centering of base accommodates gate valve and relief valve.
4. Remove line up bar provided (Item #13).
5. Place REGOSETTM on to flanges. Bolt down.
6. Position base and cover to align vent pipe thru hole.
7. Vent pipe thru hole.
8. Back fill base.
9. Lock.
